The Making of Technique in the Arts: Concepts and Practice from the Sixteenth to the Twentieth Century

Andrea Bernardoni participated with a paper entitled From the body to the word: language analogies in the 15th-16th Centuries practical Knowledge, at the workshop organized by the University of Utrecht and Amsterdam “The making of technique in the art” the 26 e 27 October 2017. The workshop is part of the project “Arthecne” of the Universities of Utrecht and Amsterdam (http://artechne.wp.hum.uu.nl/) aimed at creating a database and a semantic map of the recipes and techniques invented and developed over the centuries by artisans.
